Affiliate Terms & Conditions

This is a placeholder summary of the program's commercial terms, not a finished legal agreement. ProtoHR will publish counsel-reviewed Affiliate Terms & Conditions before the program launches publicly.

Commission structure

10% of net revenue collected from each referred customer, locked to your account at approval and never reduced by a later change to the program default. Recurring for the lifetime of the referred customer's subscription.

Hold & clawback period

Commission is held for 45 days after the underlying payment to allow for refunds or chargebacks, which reverse the corresponding commission in full.

Payout terms

Approved balances of $50 or more are paid monthly by bank transfer. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following month.

Prohibited promotion methods

Bidding on ProtoHR brand-name keywords in paid search, spam, misrepresentation on coupon sites, and self-referral are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commission.

Fraud & termination

ProtoHR may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for suspected fraud. Balances tied to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commission earned through this program.
